- Return/exchange requests are only accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Customised orders are not eligible for return. However, alterations can be made in case of any sizing or fit issues.
- We offer a free size exchange of the product for all our customers. Not applicable during sale period.
- Exchanges for a different product are subject to a freight charge of minimum Rs. 200.
- We do not accept returns for exchange orders. However, exchange orders may be further exchanged with additional charges applicable.
- Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin code and is subjected to change depending on the ground condition.
- Gift cards/coupon codes and exchanges are released after successful reception and analysis of the original product by the team.
- Package the items you wish to return securely in a suitable bag or box (For example- the one you received your package in) to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- All items requested for exchange must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted. We reserve the right to not provide a refund in such a case.
- We reserve the right to not accept an exchanged item if the item received by us does not meet the above-mentioned conditions and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Once we have received your requested exchange shipment in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective item, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We request you to share images of the same at support@uniformstudio.co.in
